Royal Guest House Kota Bharu

I got to know Royal Guest House from the review I got over the Internet, my colleague strongly (even push me) to sign up in this hotel. According to him, this hotel have all I need - cheap, value for money, breakfast ready, comfortable and the location is great.
I landed at Kota Bharu Airport after 55min journey by MAS. Cab service from the airport is expensive - they charged me RM27 just only to go to the hotel so I decided to walk outside of the airport which only took 5-10 mins walking. There I managed to get another cab with RM15 straight to the hotel.
It took 20mins to reach Royal Guest House.
As per said by my colleague, the location was fantastic. It is exactly in the middle of the Kota Bharu and very close to almost all place of interest here. It is beside Kota Batu Museum, and in front of Gelanggang Seni Kota Bharu (Kota Bharu Culture and Art Center). 2 mins walking you will see Cikgu Nasi Ulam Restaurant, a very famous and cheap rice serve with a lot of traditional malay healthy leaves and vegetables. Not to forget steam and grilled fish eating with budu (anchovies paste).
5 mins walking to the left of the hotel, you will see Pasar Buah (fruit market). The price definitely cheap and this is the correct place to find local fruit. 7-8mins walking you will reach Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah. This is the heaven of local dishes and clothes in Kota Bharu.

What about the hotel price? Well my colleague is definitely right. I got single bed room with RM89/night with breakfast ready. Here is how the room look like:
 The room has window :D
The bathroom. Quite small but it is just fine for one person.

View from my bed.

No wardrobe ready which I wasnt need it at all.
My room is on the 2nd floor. WiFi signal is poor. My friend stayed on the 1st floor got excellent WiFi.

Breakfast prepared is nice and has quite number of choice.

Overall, A- for this hotel.
